My athletic background is in boxing and weightlifting. I actually got started in CrossFit by accident—I literally walked into the CrossFit gym down the street and have been here ever since.
I’ve been coaching for 7 years, and my coaching philosophy is simple: good form and technique come first.
My favorite movement is the power clean and jerk.
What I love most about being part of the CFTC fam is the great community, and that every class feels like a team.
If I could have one superpower during a workout, it would be unlimited endurance.

People are usually surprised that I’m a total softy. When I’m not at the gym, you can find me at home relaxing, learning, and spending time with family and friends.
