I played Division I football at Monmouth University and later worked as a Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach for 4 years at UCLA, Eastern Washington University, and CSUN. I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2015.

I got started in CrossFit when I saw Rich Froning do Grace at 225 back in 2015…that was my first CrossFit workout, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

I’ve been coaching for 7 years total: 4 years as a Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach and 3 years coaching CrossFit.

My coaching philosophy is simple: understand the why, master the movement, and give everything you’ve got. My favorite movement is thrusters.

What I love most about being part of the CFTC fam is that everyone wants each other to succeed.

If I could have one superpower during a workout, it would be Hulk-like upper body strength.

A quote I live by is:
“No matter how much it hurts, how dark it gets, or how hard you fall… you are never out of the fight.”

A fun fact about me:
I have lived in 6 states. When I’m not at the gym, you can find me hanging out with my family or watching college football.
