Kellie Harden

I’ve always been active. I was a competitive cheerleader growing up, and I’ve always loved working out and helping others. I started online health coaching during Covid and found my passion in that space. I love helping people work through their obstacles and seeing them complete something they didn’t think they could do.

I got started in CrossFit when a friend I did home workouts with invited me to try her CrossFit gym. I loved the workout and later found CFTC, where my husband had been working out, and I’ve been here ever since.

Not including my online health coaching, I’ve been a CrossFit coach for 3+ years.

My coaching philosophy: it’s a journey, not a race, and I want to meet you where you are and help you grow from there. No ego — just trust the process and don’t be ashamed to scale.

It’s hard to pick just one favorite movement, but I’d say wall walks and power cleans.

What I love most about the CFTC fam is the people. I know every CrossFit gym says that about their members, but our people truly care about one another, and whether it’s someone’s first class or they’re a seasoned vet, everyone is treated with respect.

If I could have one superpower during a workout, it would be to run like Flash.

A fun fact about me:
My family and besties call me DJ Kellie because I’m a lover of all music and can name a song in seconds of hearing a clip. When I’m not at the gym, you’ll probably find me on the sidelines of a stadium with my cowbell, cheering for my family in whatever sport they’re playing, and above all, spending time with our family and closest friends.
