Coach
I was a cheerleader and did gymnastics growing up, but I feel my love for fitness really began when I went into the military.
I got started in CrossFit when our gym closed down, and I thought CrossFit seemed like the closest thing that lined up with what I liked to do while I was in the military.
I’ve been coaching since 2019.
My coaching philosophy: I love encouraging athletes to do something out of their comfort zone that gains them confidence.
My favorite movements are thrusters or overhead squats.
What I love most about the CFTC fam is that we all work together and have fun.
If I could have one superpower during a workout, it would be to not run out of breath.
A quote I live by is:
“Pain is just weakness leaving your body.”
A fun fact about me:
I have rappelled out of a helicopter.
When I’m not at the gym, I love playing tennis, hanging with my family and friends, and traveling around for kids’ sports activities. I also love Clint and follow him wherever he goes.
