My athletic background includes tennis, mountain biking, cycling, wakeboarding, and beach volleyball.
I got started in CrossFit when my wife, Veronica, started doing boot camp that became a CrossFit affiliate in Spring Branch, Texas.
I’ve been coaching since 2017.
My coaching philosophy is to lead by example and be as encouraging as possible. I also encourage athletes to focus on consistent nutrition, because it is just as important as making it to the box.
My favorite movement is the squat clean and jerk.
What I love most about being part of the CFTC fam is the community — the camaraderie of the classes is awesome.
If I could have one superpower during a workout, it would be unlimited mobility and balance (my mobility is bad, lol).

A fun fact about me:
I’ve become a foodie and love trying new food (and wines).
When I’m not at the gym, you’ll find me traveling, mountain biking, on the lake, or hunting.
